Encontrei a mesma resposta. Acredito que não exista esse instituto no Brasil ou em Portugal.

@Daniel Por aquilo que pesquisei trata-se de uma especificidade do direito australiano. Creio que "cross-vesting" tem a ver com o facto de na Austrália um processo poder ser transferido e correr termos em qualquer jurisdição pertencente ao sistema. Espero ter sido útil... Bom trabalho!
