1. The use of BUYER SHALL PROCURE and Buyer shall ensure is at least redundant.
2. However, I suspect that the drafter of the contract also confuses the occasional false friends procure / procurar.
Procurar, among other things, means to 1. diligenciar, esforçar-se por, and 2. providenciar, fazer, obter por meio de cuidados ou solicitude.
