I. Fees. xx agrees to pay Contractor a Consulting Fee in respect of the services set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement of $[ ] for the term of this Agreement; $[ ] payable quarterly pursuant to typed invoices to be submitted by Contractor on its letterhead. Eu sempre uso descritivo para exhibit, appendix para apêndice e attachment para anexo. Assim, se o documento tiver mais de um tipo, não há confusão.
