I. Fees. xx agrees to pay Contractor a Consulting Fee in respect of the services set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement of $[ ] for the term of this Agreement; $[ ] payable quarterly pursuant to typed invoices to be submitted by Contractor on its letterhead. Subject to xx prior approval, in cases in which Contractor will not be eligible for an introductory commission pursuant to the requirements set forth below, xx also agrees to pay Contractor a per diem allowance of $[ ] for each successive full day or substantial part thereof that it devotes to periodic assistance (i.e., property photography, cataloguing, shipping assistance) on consignment matters. For the sake of clarity, the first full day or substantial part thereof that Contractor devotes to a specific matter requiring such assistance will not be eligible for the per diem allowance.
II. Expenses. xx agrees that certain travel expenses which may be incurred in connection with Contractor’s performance of this Agreement are in fact xx business expenses rather than Contractor’s (“xx Business Expenses”). ...
