Eu diria depositar gotículas, pois, pelo que entendi, o sistema usa a técnica de "spotting", adicionando amostras a reagentes dispostos em minúsculos pontos sequenciados sobre uma lâmina ou placa (spotting plate), geralmente, para espectometria de massa.
