aha, tu może chodzić też o to, aby 'menedżer/kierownik' stał się jednym z 'professions', takich jak lekarze, prawnicy i ktoś jeszcze
Czyli może chodzi o 'podniesienie zarządzania do rangi... zawodu?', zawodu specjalistycznego, profesji -- sam nie wiem
