English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

xyz has noted and included in Annexure hereto the names of its Affiliates who may enter in to relevant Statement of Work/s, as on the date of signing of this agreement, locally with abc/ its affiliates globally, and warrants and represents that it has the concurrence of all such Affiliates to the terms of this Agreement. New Affiliates may be added subsequent to the execution of this Agreement date with the concurrence of such new Affiliates.
