English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Licensee bears the resulting exposures to work providers from 10.2 to Licensor by means of assignment. Invoice the work carried out by Licensor Licensee to work providers, on the basis of the contract on work with provider by Licensor. The listed under 10.2 invoices will be paid by Franchiser to Licensee in accordance with a payment term of up to 45 days. The average of the terms of payment is controlled by the franchise Council.
