English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, these
General Purchasing Conditions shall be applicable to all
deliveries of paper, print, binding or additional work for the
Printed Matters in accordance with a separate Purchase
Order/Purchase Agreement between BUYER and a SELLER of
paper, print or binding – SELLER.
BUYER will from time to time, in accordance with agreed time
schedule, furnish various materials such as pre-media data,
paper, inserts and covers to SELLER.
All material, including but not limited to proofs and pre-media
data, supplied by BUYER is the property of BUYER and shall be
stored in accordance with its instructions in Routines &
Specifications
