Name of Insured XXX and XXX Holding B.V. and their affiliated, subsidiary and associated companies, and corporations (whether wholly or partially owned), and partnerships and joint ventures in which XXX Holding B.V. and/or XXX Holding B.V. and/or their affiliated, subsidiary and associated companies and corporations have an interest, including the interests of partners and/or joint venture partners of XXX Holding B.V., and/or XXX Holding B.V. and/or their affiliated, subsidiary and associated companies and corporations all as may now exist or previously existed or may hereafter be formed, acquired or constituted and any party whose interest the foregoing parties have agreed to insure or are responsible to insure as the respective interest of each may appear, all hereinafter referred to as the "Insured", including legal representatives.
