English to Polish Bus/Financial Insurance AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION WITH INSURANCE BROKER

Context: In the event new types of insurance are introduced, the COMPANY shall notify the BROKER in writing as to whether the collected first year premium by virtue of this insurance or the total of renewed premiums by virtue of this insurance will be added to the assessment basis of the Production and Bonus levels.

Is 'Production' something like 'wydajnosc (Brokera)' or 'sprzedaż (polis ubezpieczeniowych)' here? And I wonder if there is any relation to 'producers' I asked about a minute ago?
