proszę o podpowiedź, czy może to być http://www.proz.com/kudoz/92900 ? W instrukcji nt. tego dokumentu wyczytałam "This is only the BHP. The weight
and length will never be generated" Chodzi mi o logikę :-) czy przetłumaczenie tego jako "MOC UŻYTECZNA" będzie miało sens. Dziękuję za podpowiedzi i wyrozumiałość :-)

the %&#*!! acronym means weight-length-breake horsepower :-/ pls see my explanation, point is I am totally confused what the value refers to, there are no points or commas in between the numbers

Brake horsepower (bhp) is the measure of an engine's horsepower without the loss in power caused by the gearbox, generator, differential, water pump and other auxiliaries. The actual horsepower delivered to the driving wheels is less. An engine would have to be retested to obtain a rating in another system.

WT-L-BHP means the empty weight of the vehicle. If the vehicle empty weight is over 5,000 pounds, there may be a section next to the WT-L-BHP section that states the GROSS weight of the vehicle. GROSS weight is the maximum weight limit of the vehicle.

ok, powinno być masa własna, wg katalogu http://www.kia.pl/carnival_main.htm str. 12 (to był ten samochód). Niezależnie od tego, jestem bardzo wdzięczna za podrzucenie pomysłu :-P

weight - waga, ciężar (PWN i Słownik Naukowo-Techniczny, Stanisławski); masa, waga (w paru innych słownikach). Więc powiedzmy, że waga to ciężar przedmiotu na przyrządzie pomiarowym zwanym potocznie wagą.
