This is why I included a link with a table which gives the compressive strength for both sample shapes. One can INFER the strength of the cube from the measurements on the cylinder using conversion tables or equations. I tried to capture this transformation by using the word equivalent, but I am open to sugggestions, of course.

Grammatically, we should have compressive cylinder-strength of a cube. The measurement depends on the shape of the sample. You can do the experiment on one shape, say a cube, and convert the results for that of the other shape. My research indicates there are either tables for this or transformation formulas for the equivalent strength for the other shape.

Niestety w moim tekście nie. Ale w Internecie znajduje coś takiego "wytrzymałość charakterystyczna kostki na ściskanie fck,cube (MPa)"

i nie ma żadnej wartości liczbowej? próbuję posklejać znaczeniowo cube i cylinder, ale nijak mi to nie wychodzi...

Tekst o konstrukcjach architektonicznych, brak większego kontekstu dla tego zdania, gdyż znajduje się w tabelce z parametrami wymiarowania. "cube strenght" znalazłam jako "wytrzymałość kostkowa", ale nie wiem czy ma to jakiś związek tutaj.
