pick ups

English to Japanese Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation
This is part of an interview with a frisbee player. He is talking about the training and says:

"The first day is for the conditioning part just running, sprinting, jumping, plyotes (?), end drills, and the rest of days are pick ups. "

What does "pick ups" mean when you're talking about training? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

別件ですが、plyotes(?)はpilates(ピラティス)のことではないでしょうか。
