Remove the hose abrasion cover by undoing the 2 **off** M6×16mm counter sunk cap screws.
Rotate the driveshaft and loosen each of the four bolts holding the drive to the bottom of the chamber. Remove the 2 **off** left hand bolts and spigot washers, both front and rear.
Loosen but do not remove the 4 **off** M12×20mm hex head bolts from the side plate.
Loosen and remove 6 **off** M8×20mm socket head cap screws holding the rotation assembly to the sides of the Drive.
Non capisco il senso di "off" accanto a viti e bulloni di vario tipo.... Grazie x aiuto.

intende semplicemente dire il numero di viti che vengono usate. Non è legato a bulloni, ma a qualunque cosa della quale necessiti un numero preciso.
Come espressione è molto comune in cose tecniche, PO, bolle etc.

a me sembra che nel contesto il termine "off" suona pleonastico e si potrebbe anche fare a meno di tradurlo
