English term
to post a follow up note
English to Italian
Medical
Medical (general)
medicine
part of the following sentence, in a doctor's report:
"... the patient asked me to post a follow up note on her and to give her a final impairment rating..."
I don't think that 'to post' simply means 'spedire' in this case.
Would something like 'preparare' or 'redigere' be appropriate in this context?
Any suggestions?
thanks, luke

From the example in google it looks to me also something like:
scrivere un bigliettino di risposta,
almost \"lasciare due righe\" but in this medical context might sound too colloquial
