Ancora alle prese con questo manuale d'istruzioni dall'inglese a dir poco maccheronico:
"...2. Fan should be used under height above sea level as 1000m, environment
temperature below 40℃.
3. If fan power supplied by socket, should meet IEC335-1 standard. If by
wire supply directly, should set full-pole switch distant not below
3mm among the fixed wires.
4. The back of fan motor cover with three switches, one is speed switch,

Mai sentito parlare di "full-pole" ma sempre di "all-pole".
Detto anche "omnipolar" ma credo che siano sinonimi.

Si tratta di due cose diverse. In questo sito spiega bene la differenza.
LE PRESE A CUI SONO CONNESSE MACCHINE DI POTENZA SUPERIORE A 1.000 WATT (ES. RIUNITO RADIOLOGICO, STERILIZZATRICE), DEVONO ESSERE PROVVISTE A MONTE DI INTERRUTTORE ONNIPOLARE

Cosa è un interruttore onnipolare?
Si tratta di un dispositivo di emergenza che deve essere usato nei luoghi di lavoro come sancito dal tuttora vigente art. 288 del DPR 547/55
