Ho sempre capito che "account" in marketing è un sinonimo di "cliente", ma in questo testo mi trovo entrambi i termini e non so come fare, si tratta di un corso di formazione per venditori:
"At this point, you will have an opportunity to start to create your own strategy for creating advocates
Let’ begin with the first part: “What is my GOAL for the customer?”
This will be an individual activity
Please open your Participant Workbook and open it to the Worksheet on the Strategy for Creating Advocates
Think about your accounts, and select one of the top accounts you’d like to use to work through each step of the strategy process
For that account write the name of your customer in the Customer field on the worksheet
Next, think about what goal you would like to create for that customer
Remember, you may want to select an incremental goal for this customer
Keep in mind, the purpose of using this strategy is to ultimately identify influencers who you can interact with in order to have them become advocates for your product"
