Si tratta della "Körperschaftssteuer" tedesca, l'equivalente dell'Irpeg italiana.
So da dove provviene l'inglese, nonostante a mio avviso "fund" non è corretto.
In tedesco, il termine è "Vermögensmasse" (letteralmente "massa di beni, massa patrimoniale", attivi, cespiti).
Secondo me "cespiti" in questo contesto è il termine più adatto

Dimenticavo: "tax liability" sta per "steuerpflichtig" in tedesco = soggetto d'imposta
