Directions to exercise disclaimer.
My attorney-in-fact is authorized to execute a qualified disclaimer without Court approval under state law and under Section 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. A disclaimer may be exercised as to part or all asset, interest, gift or tranfer of any kind or nature that may pass to me under any instrument, transaction or by operation of law.

"qualificata" lo trovo un po' troppo generico. In questo caso, significa che l'IRS non storcerà il naso, il che non è poco, e non so se "qualificata" basta a rendere l'idea.
