it seems that there are two options of applicants: either a natural person or a legal person. Consequently the first part *ID* means *Identity No. (ID)* and applies when the applicant is a natural person. Then, after the dash */* you find the option *Co No.* which means *Company Registration No* for the case in which the applicant is a legal person.
I understand that you mentioned that somewhere else in your document there is the expression *Company Registration Number* in full and that’s the reason why you think this should be something different. However, I don’t find *Company Registration Number* incompatible with the expression *Company number* alone; that is, without the word *Registration* because when somebody says *Company number* it is normally understood that he is referring to the number given by the mercantile authority to identify the company as taxpayer (Il numero di iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese è il codice fiscale). In other words, instead of abbreviating the expression using CRN (company registration number) they chose to abbreviate it using Co. No. (company number).
With all this in mind, and especially considering that they are giving two options of possible applicants (natural person and legal person) the first part of the abbreviation refers to the identification of the natural person (*numero di identificazione*) and the last part of the abbreviation refers to the legal person (*numero di registro* or *numero di iscrizione*) as it appears here: http://www.po.camcom.it/servizi/rimprese/generale/index.php
