The English is rather strange.
Any hint on neighbor? I don't really understand what a certificate of marriage ""for benefit or social member" is, nor what is the camp it's talking about.
Is a neighbour really a neighbour? If so, why she has to state that she was married to her husband when the benefit was granted her?
