Non sono dell'FBI... e adesso me la date una grappa?
One more nuance... the guy was about to be shot by those who believed he was an agent... and after explaining the truth he sighs, wipes the sweat off his forehead and says...

Non sono della FBI...mi date una grappa per piacere?!
Another version:
Non lavoro per la FBI...potrei avere una grappa per piacere?!
Hope it helped :)
Sounds funny :)

Non sono della FBI.. me la date una grappa?
or--- posso avere una grappa?
I didn't think about the fact it could be LIP-SYNCHED... this two options have almost the same number of syllables. Hope it helps in case you have to lip synch.
Good luck, Flavio

non sono un agente dell'FBI (efbiai).
Me la da una grappa?
This is one of those questions that are only apparently easy. There is much more than meets the eye. Perhaps I would give it a more colloquial turn than my colleague did.
Also, did the person in question already ask for the grappa, or is this the first time that he asks for it? I have translated as if he had not asked for it previously. If it is the second time you could translate:
"Me la da la grappa, sì o no?"
