First of all, the term is "shirtlifter" not "shiftlifter". "Shirtlifter" is a pejorative term for a homosexual man.
I can only assume She-ra refers to "She-ra, Princess of Power" from the He-Man cartoon series. The man is implying perhaps that while B. is a powerful football player he is also effeminate.
