English to Hungarian Medical Medical: Health Care

The context of the term is a short paragraph on the free movement of medical specialists in the EU and the recognition fo specialised qualifications obtained in another Member State. The text seems to be alluding to this term as a field of specialization for medical graduates. Sentence(s): "Because of differences between the Member States’ social legislation it could be very useful for countries to recruit medical staff with specialised expertise from other countries. However, Austrian graduates wishing to obtain training in another country as insurance physicians, say, upon successfully completing this training do not receive approval from the Austrian medical association to practise their profession in Austria."
