English to Hungarian Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright retail

Should the termination be made by the Trademark Owner, the Trademark Owner undertakes to continue all tasks and responsibilities of the Legal Manufacturer owed to the appropriate authorities in Hungary in relation to the product and the Trademark Owner will indemnify and keep the Trademark User fully indemnified against any loss, damage, fines from the appropriate authorities resulting from the Trademark Owner’s failure to comply with the said undertaking.

Can someone explain in HU what this means? I was given this extra point in a contract in reply from our partner.
Is this a general legal practice?
