Cutie Pie, transliterated as is, in Hindi would be --> क्युटी पाई.
The word usually is used as a term of endearment, and in English, used generically, as well as gender-neutrally ! For example - a mother referring to her kid as cutie pie, or a wife referring to her husband as one :-) In Hindi, on the other hand, the mother would refer to her "cutie pie" as "Raaj Dulaaraa" (राज दुलारा), and the wife referring to her chosen one as "Merey Pyaarey" (मेरे प्यारे). [Please note that these are just examples, and not an exhaustive list ! :-))]

: I think that merely transliteration would still leave a pure Hindi speaker at sea. A substitute term that is relevent 'in context' (as explained here by Sanjay) would be better - in my opinion.
