בחזית הטכנולוגיה

Several good options exist, but you have to re-arrange the sentence a bit (it also sounds better to refer to "technology" in the singular in Hebrew):
נמצא/ים בחזית הטכנולוגיה
בחזית הפיתוח הטכנולוגי
טכנולוגיה מתקדמת ביותר
טכנולוגיה הנמצאת בחזית הפיתוח

טכנולוגיות הכי מתקדמות

To my knowledge, the term "cutting edge" is not litterally translated into Hebrew. Instead the idea is translated.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Eynati : very low register

הטכנולוגיות המתקדמות ביותר

this is certainly correct hebrew, and widely used, although it is not very elegant.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Eynati : Let's reserve that for 'the most advanced technologies', shall we? :-)

ראה פירוט להלן:

שלום רותם. ההצעות שקיבלת הן תרגומים טובים למונח המבוקש. אלא שהמונח האנגלי נשען על דימוי (מטפורה) ואם רוצים להעביר לעברית גם את "רוח" המקור אולי כדאי להשתמש בצירופים כגון: "חוד החנית", קצה הלהב", "עמוד האש" או "טכנולוגיה נחשונית". שנה טובה
Peer comment(s):

disagree Akiva Brest (X) : you cannot always use metaphors or idioms in one language and "deploy" them into another. Look for the correct metaphors in the target language. They usually exist

This is an older, more old-fashined term but might be acceptable

Kidma can mean modern or the front (fore), there when combined they purvey the intention desired
Peer comment(s):

disagree Eynati : kidma is progress, which has quite different connotations (usually social ones).
