English term

under seal

English to Hebrew Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) litigation - settlement agreement
"to the extent permitted by the Court, portions of xxxxx related to specific security measures shall be filed under seal"
What is the Hebrew for "filed under seal" ? Any ideas?

תחת חסות/חסיון בית המשפט

Ruti hi,
This how Wikipedia describes the procedure:
Filing under seal is a procedure allowing sensitive or confidential information to be filed with a court without becoming a matter of public record. The court generally must give permission for the material to remain under seal.
Since there is no direct equivalent in Israeli law I think you most probably would have to provide a 'descriptive translation'. The translation I provided above is only a PROVISIONAL one.
Note from asker:
Hi Frank, thank you very much. I am going with the concept (descriptive) but simplified it since חיסיון and חסינות can be ambiguous. So I just wrote "יוגשו לבית המשפט באופן חסוי"
