I have not met the equivalent of this term in Greek, however, after some web browsing, I'd say it could be translated as "νόθευση κριτηρίου", since (according to the Blackwell Encyclopedia of Management) 'contamination' can occur due to any non-performance factors affecting the performance or performance scores of the individual, thus 'contaminating' the final result.
