Αν και χρησιμοποιείται συχνά ο όρος "Διαλογικό ρομπότ" (ή και "ρομπότ συνομιλίας") θα έλεγα ότι ο όρος "τσάτμποτ" μου φαίνεται πιο εύχρηστος.
