vielleicht löst sich aber der Knoten, wenn mir klar wird, was mit diesem end to end monitoring gemeint ist.

Business customer segments *in the area of end to end monitoring* of the expenses and efforts especially if they are in a project like activity to get them activated. For adding or changing there should be in general a more clear process monitoring to get the costs in ongoing bases. Comparisons to an end-to end TCO and Activity based costing is to be used and improved.
