yet again:Can´t find this one either. checked all my glossaries and on-line dics.
Context Antenna installation: Place the base moulding over it. Screw on the base insert and tighten firmly by hand. "Thanks"

I gues that decides it pretty conclusively. And yes, the term "base insert" can be understood in a backwards way as the plate in which the antenna is inserted.
