This seems to refer to telephone conversations that are transmitted over the internet; I a mnot aware of the specilized term here. You might want to try "Internet Telephonie"

Active Server Pages; a specific way of creating interactive web-pages using a scripting language - I wouldn't translate it.
Alternatively, it could mean "as soon as possible", I've seen it instead of ASAP before.
