Cure Costs

If there are any cure costs under Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, these shall be deducted.

I gather that this provision applies specifically to executory contracts, whereby the buyer (who, in this case buys assets out of a bankruptcy estate) is protected from having to pay e.g. penalties caused by the debtor, who previously owned the contract. Does anyone know the German term for Cure Costs?
