English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Call Option Agreement

"The Company is not in default of breach of any contract or commitment to which it is a party and there exists no condition, event or act which, with the giving of notice or lapse of time or both would constitute such a default or breach and all such contracts and commitments are in good standing and in full force and effect ***without amendment thereto *** ...."

I am not sure what the "thereto" refers to.
