Hallo Virginia, da 'Work' großgeschrieben ist, kommt es anscheinend häufiger in deinem Vertrag vor, und doch sicherlich auch in den 'Definitions', oder? Oder weiteren Kontext kann ich nur raten - es geht um den Bau eines Schiffes, würde Bauarbeiten für 'Work' passen? Oder ganz allgemein 'Arbeit' oder 'Bau'? Also ungefähr: 'die sich auf diesen Abschnitt/Bereich/Teil der Bauarbeiten/des Baus beziehen'
