Meine Interpretation:
Vermutlich werden die Werkzeuge nur bei Bedarf (und zudem individuell) in den Arbeitsspeicher geladen. Da es sich wahrscheinlich um komplexe und speicherintensive Komponenten handelt, ist schnelles Laden unabdingbare Voraussetzung für komfortables Arbeiten mit dem Programm.
