For the “X – EUR”, **one bearer share** of “Y EUR” shall be allocated without initial charge to the shareholders of “X – EUR” on the basis of the shareholder’s holding on the day of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and the number of such shares to be allocated to the shareholders of “X – EUR” shall be based on the exchange ratio of one share in the form of bearer share of “X – EUR” held the day of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for one share in the form of bearer share of “X - EUR”.

Eigentlich ist mir klar, worum's geht, 1:1 Tausch, aber wieso steht im ersten Satz "one", denn die Zahl richtet sich doch nach dem tatsächlichen Aktien besitz?!
