Investments listed, quoted or traded on a Recognised Market but acquired or traded at a premium or discount ***outside of or off*** the Recognised Market may be valued taking into account the level of premium or discount as of the date of valuation of the Investment.
Reicht hier einfach "außerhalb" des anerkannten Marktes? Oder sollte ich "außerhalb des anerkannten Marktes und als Off-Market-Transaktionen" schreiben?
