Wie versteht ihr die "Secondary and tertiary sales"? Ich kenn secondary sale als Veräußerung an einen Finanzinvestor. Bin aber unsicher, ob hier evtl. gemeint ist, "sekundäre Bereiche" zu verkaufen (allerdings überschneidet sich das dann nicht mit der "Portfolio rationalisation"?). Und was sind "tertiary sales"? Das kenn ich gar nicht. Da ich glaube zu wissen, was es mit den "secondarys" auf sich hat und beide IMO zusammengehören, habe ich das als eine Frage eingestellt. Wenn mir jemand was anderes sagt, oder dass ich mit meiner Meinung zu den "secondarys" falsch liege, stelle ich es gern noch mal einzeln ein.
