Coaching
Es geht um ein Rollenspiel zwischen Vorgesetzter V und Mitarbeiterin M (selber Vorgesetzte) zum Thema Coaching.
V sagt:
"I think a good way to measure the effectiveness of coaching is to ***trend*** the consistency and performance of your team members. Coaching is an ongoing process and assessing your team’s strengths and opportunities is a critical first step to being a great coach."
Unter den vielen Bedeutungen von "trend" will mir keine hier recht passen. Den Trend herausfinden?
Wer kann helfen?
