Finance (general)
Es geht um eines Sales Incentive Plan für ein Unternehmen im Bereich Business Travel.
"The following costs will be ***netted out*** for purposes of calculating a net advisory fee:
Dedicated labour – we will ***net out*** the cost for the dedicated labour. For example, if we sell a $x,000 advisory fee and provide a dedicated client general manager that costs us $y,000, then the net advisory fee would be $z,000.
Discrete Consulting Costs – we will ***net out*** the cost of goods sold in order to perform the consulting engagements as follows:
Subscription Services – Nothing will be ***netted out***. These are typically Tier 1 engagements.
Consulting Services – We will ***net out*** x% of the gross advisory fee for Tier 3 engagements and y% of the gross advisory fee for Tier 2 engagements. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Meetings services– We will ***net out*** z% of the gross advisory fee for Meeting Services.
Products – Nothing will be ***netted out***. These are typically included in Tier 1 engagements."
