depends on the style of your text. In German we call it as well at, but also Klammeraffe which is more colloquial ;-)

If I talk to "older" people yes, I would. Sometimes they do not understand "at" and ones a guy asked me okay, but I have now Katjaatgmx.de, but don't you need the "Klammeraffe" as well?
