Gibt es im Deutschen dafür schon einen eingeführten Ausdruck? "Kapitalfall" wird ausschließlich im Strafrecht verwendet, soweit ich feststellen kann. Hier geht es eindeutig um eine wirtschaftliche Bedeutung, im Sinne von "Investitionsentscheidung".
Ich habe vorerst "Investitionsfall" verwendet.
