Le terme en référence apparaît dans un tableau traitant des conditions d'expédition :
Inco Terms > FCA, [lieu]
Named places > [vide]
Freight terms > Ex. Collect | Prepay & Charge | Allow [

Like Céline, I assume that "allow" stands for "prepaid and allow" (see ref. 1). That means that transport is already included in the contract price and that the buyer doesn't need to pay anything for transport, which is expressed in French by "franco de port".

C'est un terme spécialisé pour les conditions d'expédition. J'ai trouvé deux documents (un anglais, l'autre en français - voir liens ci-dessous) qui détaillent les différentes conditions collect / prepaid and add / prepaid and allow

Je suis familière avec cet Incoterm mais je n'avais encore jamais rencontré ces conditions qui s'y appliquent ici (les autres termes me posent également problème mais je poserai une question distincte pour chacun d'entre eux).
