Thanks, can't think what else it could be, it may be the interior as furnishings and fittings or the inner surfaces of the structure itself: bilges etc.

: that would be "deck" or "deck-planking", I give you that some parts of a wooden deck have names with "-board", coverboard springs to mind, but these are specific (to wooden boats) and not general terms// in your example it mentions coque, pont and cale...
