This is standard patent language and the equivalent ledit/ladite au moins un(e) is also used in French patents. To anyone not used to patents, this French must sound just as odd as the English version. Other constructions found are "the said at least one connection point" or simply "the at least one connection point". The important point is that it is referring back to something already mentioned in a previous claim. In this case, claim 2 mentions "at least one connection point". Claim 5 then makes reference to this particular entity, so that it becomes "SAID at least one connection point". It could equally be "this/the (aforementioned) at least one connection point", etc.
Here is a French patent example:
Un dispositif de commande d’un appareil électroménager comprend au moins un commutateur optique à touche tactile (4), ledit au moins un commutateur optique à touche tactile (4) comprenant: au moins un émetteur (5), au moins un émetteur auxiliaire (7), et au moins un récepteur (12).
L’une des parois périphériques (15) d’un cache (13) ménagée entre ledit au moins un récepteur (12) et ledit au moins un émetteur auxiliaire (7)

Parsing You are apparently parsing it wrongly: it needs to be read as 'arranged about ... at least one connection point', the 'said' being the equivalent of 'ledit', assuming this notion of 'connection point' has been mentioned previously?
