Ce terme désigne tout ce qui sert à avoir sur la scène le son ou l'image tel que l'ont les spectateurs, le plus souvent c'est pour de la restitution (enceintes, amplis..) mais la caméra et le micro pourraient faire partie du même système

: It's actually not quite this, Didier — what you describe is indeed 'monitoring' or 'foldback'; here, it's a bit different: it means a live feed of what is happening on stage, being sent to somewhere else (e.g. green room); so there's no 'retour' about it.

Discussion
It suggested 'show relay system' as 'retour audio aux loges' — but that is only really applicable in a quite specific, narrow context: for a start, here we know it is both audio AND video, and also, we have no way of knowing (but it is probably unlikely) that this is going to the dressing rooms: this sort of system is more commonly used to relay the show to FOH staff, or indeed the foyer (for late-comers who cannot be admitted), or else to other technical areas, etc.
