Project Objectives
Online shopping has become a major force in retailing. While retailers distinguish between channels, shoppers see each channel simply as a way to connect with a brand using different tool. Understanding how the online experience contributes to your brand’s image and how customers are experiencing your web site as part of your Omni-Channel strategy is instrumental in keeping your customers in your brand.
Envirosell offers web-alongs to help you understand how your customers view your brand across all channels and how they use each channel in a unique way. This methodology builds on years of learning about the shopper’s path-to-purchase from our Shop-Along and In-Home Interviews.

The specific objectives are to:
Understand the Path-to-Purchase with a focus on the Omni-Channel experience
Gauge reactions, loyalty, and perceptions of the brand’s experience
Understand how each channel is used both alone and together with other channels
Augment and amplify intelligence around barriers to purchase and site loyalty
Gather reactions to current site layout and aesthetics as well as specific merchandising displays and sections
Provide actionable recommendations to improve the brand’s shopper experience.

Research Methodology & Approach
Methodology: In-Depth Website Usability and User Experience Interview.

Discussion

Claire Nolan Sep 13, 2013:
''In-depth'' ne décrit pas ''usability'' à mon avis.

''In-depth interview concerning website usability and user experience'' est la bonne façon d'interpréter la phrase.

Discussion détaillée sur la convivialité d'un site et les impressions de l'usager

Pour une traduction moins littérale, je propose détaillée plutôt que "en profondeur", et "impressions" plutôt qu"expérience". Je suis d'accord qu'il faut traduire l'ensemble.
