Use the following procedure to replace the brake pads
1. Disconnect the machine from the
pneumatic and electrical supplies.
2. Remove the appropriate caliper air supply
pipe from the push fitting, to allow access
to the fixing screws.
3. Undo the caliper fixing screws, to allow
removal of both sides of the caliper.
4. Lever the old brake pad from the caliper
with two small screw drivers. The pad is
retained underneath with a push spring
clip.
5. Push the new pads into the caliper.
Replace the caliper fixing screws and
supply pipe work.
